Important Support Info - blocked email addresses

I occasionally get a user who purchases my software and has a support question but has my email address blocked or marked as junk. This creates problems for everyone as it is often assumed that their emails are being ignored. I always reply as soon as possible, usually within a few hours.If you don't receive any replies and it becomes obvious that my emails are being blocked at your end I will add your initials below so you will at least know what the problem is:
